Parents as Partners
Welcome to our Parents & Partners page!
We understand that raising a child is a collaborative effort between parents, guardians, and caregivers. That's why we prioritize open communication and strong partnerships with all those involved in a child's care.
As a parent, you play a vital role in your child's development, and we are here to support you every step of the way. Whether you have questions about our programs, curriculum, or policies, or simply want to discuss your child's progress, our team is always available to speak with you.
We also value partnerships with other organisations and community members who share our commitment to children's education and well-being. If you are interested in partnering with us to enhance our programs or services, please don't hesitate to reach out.
At our nursery, we prioritize the following:
- Strong communication with parents and guardians to ensure that everyone is informed and involved in a child's care.
- A welcoming and inclusive environment where all children feel valued and respected.
- Quality programming that is age-appropriate, engaging, and designed to support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
- Continuous improvement through ongoing evaluation and feedback from parents, guardians, and partners.
- Thank you for entrusting us with your child's care and education. We look forward to working together to support your child's growth and development.
We believe it is essential to build your trust in us and these start with our Setting in sessions. These are planned around the individual needs of you and your child, they are non-chargeable and can start up to 4 weeks before your start date. Working in partnership with parents is essential to provide the best possible care for children. No one knows a child better than their parents/carer. WE can achieve the best outcomes for your child by sharing information as, this helps us to plan for the individual needs and share achievement and future development targets and the support them with all aspects of their child's learning.
