Brook Babes - Bramham

Stramside was the first nursery that we opened and was our flagship setting. We have a fantastic set of staff here and it has been where or standards have been set which we have rolled out throughout our other settings.

The Rooms

Our Rooms Are Fully Equipped With Everything Needed

Here at Streamside we cater for children aged 0 to 5 years old. We have a full range of facilities available with individual rooms for each stage of your childs life. We also have a fully equiped, home style kitchen so that we can cook those healthy home cooked meals.

We offer full day care for all children from babies to 5 years of age between the hours of 7:30am - 6:00pm. Between the hours of 8:00am-1:00pm and 1:00pm-6:00pm we also offer sessional care for children aged 2 years plus.  We highly recommend booking your place well in advance if you require sessional care.

Our Outside Area

The Children Love Our Fantastic Outside Areas

Our outdoor areas are designed to meet childrens basic intrinsic desire for freedom, adventure and experimentation which allows them to take risks in a safe environment.  By providing young children with the opportunities to use their whole body to develop their gross motor skills we encourage children to tackle the harder challenge of their fine motor skills. 

Our approach to learning is to build on their interests and enthusiasm, outdoors in no exception as it engages children which raises achievement through a well organised experiential approach to learning and especially suits those children who learn best through active movement.

Claire Hussey

Claire has worked at Brook Babes since 2004, Claire has achieved her Degree in Paediatric Nursing, Early Years Initial Teacher Training Status and NVQ level 3 in Childcare. As part of her continued professional development Claire is also updates her First aid, Safeguarding, SEN and much more training regularly.

Ofsted

The quality and consistency of teaching is exeptional as staff have an excellent knowledge of how children learn. This is supported through precise and accurate assessment of their learning, which underpins accurate planning foe individual children.
