Brook Babes - Wetherby

Purchased and registered as Brook Babes Nursery in 2013, formerly know as Little Learners, we currently provide care for children aged 0-11 years situated within the ground of Deighton Gate Primary School.

The Rooms

Our Rooms Are Fully Equipped With Everything Needed

Here at Brook Babes Wetherby, we offer full day care for all children from babies to 5 years of age between the hours of 7:30am - 6:00pm. Between the hours of 8:00am-1:00pm and 1:00pm-6:00pm we also offer sessional care for children aged 2 years plus.  We highly recommend booking your place well in advance if you require sessional care.

We have a full range of facilities available with individual rooms for each stage of your childs life.

The Children Love Our Fantastic Outside Areas
Outdoor play also supports children’s problem-solving skills and nurtures their creativity, as well as providing rich opportunities for their developing imagination, inventiveness and resourcefulness.

As children use Drama in their play they add details, information, and meaning to consolidate their thinking. Making the experience richer and more beneficial.

Working At Wetherby

Sarah McSorley

Sarah started at Brook Babes in 2002, Sarah has achieved her B A Hons in Childhood studies, Early Years Professional Status, level 4 in Management, BTEC level 3 in Nursery Nursing and level 3 in Autism. As part of her continued professional development Sarah also updates her First aid, Safeguarding, SEN and much more training regularly.

Ofsted

The leadership team has developed a strong vision throughout the nursery. Staff feel extremely well supported in their professional development. They have many opportunities to continually improve their excellent teaching. For example, they benefit from high-quality training and highly focused supervision arrangements.
